What metal processing services do we provide?


Milling is the process of machining using rotary cutters to remove material by advancing a cutter into a workpiece. It is one of the most commonly used processes for machining custom parts to precise tolerances.

    We provide professional metal turning and milling services using modern equipment, including CNC machines. We manufacture parts of any complexity based on custom drawings or samples.
  • Turning (Lathe Machining) – is a high-precision method of manufacturing parts by rotating the workpiece and shaping it with a cutting tool. It is ideal for producing shafts, bushings, flanges, and other components that require high geometric accuracy.
  • Milling – allows the creation of complex planar and 3D elements, holes, slots, threads, and chamfers. Suitable for both single-item and series production.

What materials do we work with?

Iron


Iron is the most widely used of all the metals, accounting for over 90% of worldwide metal production. Its low cost and high strength often make it the material of choice to withstand stress or transmit forces, such as the construction of machinery and machine tools. Since pure iron is quite soft, it is most commonly combined with alloying elements to make steel.

Aluminum


A wide range of household items, from cooking utensils to furniture. Aluminium is used because of its corrosion resistance, non-pyrophoricity, and mechanical strength.

Bronze


It is still widely used today for springs, bearings, bushings, automobile transmission pilot bearings, and similar fittings, and is particularly common in the bearings of small electric motors.

Brass
