What metal processing services do we provide?


Milling is the process of machining using rotary cutters to remove material by advancing a cutter into a workpiece. It is one of the most commonly used processes for machining custom parts to precise tolerances.

What materials do we work with?

Iron


Iron is the most widely used of all the metals, accounting for over 90% of worldwide metal production. Its low cost and high strength often make it the material of choice to withstand stress or transmit forces, such as the construction of machinery and machine tools. Since pure iron is quite soft, it is most commonly combined with alloying elements to make steel.

Aluminum


A wide range of household items, from cooking utensils to furniture. Aluminium is used because of its corrosion resistance, non-pyrophoricity, and mechanical strength.

Bronze


It is still widely used today for springs, bearings, bushings, automobile transmission pilot bearings, and similar fittings, and is particularly common in the bearings of small electric motors.

Brass


Brass is a metal alloy of copper and zinc that typically has a golden-yellow color but can be closer to red if the alloy has high levels of copper (this is known as red brass). Brass is known for its excellent workability, machinability, and antibacterial and anti-biofouling characteristics.
