Delivery and payment

Payment for Finished Products

    Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer:

• Cash on delivery at the carrier’s office — pay upon receiving the product at the courier service warehouse (additional fees may apply depending on the carrier’s policy).
• Payment to a bank card — fast and convenient money transfer to our account via mobile banking, ATM, or directly at a bank branch.
• Bank transfer: For sole proprietors (FOP) — VAT-free (an invoice is issued for payment).For limited liability companies (LLC) — includes VAT (we provide all necessary accounting documents: invoice, tax invoice, delivery note).

Delivery of Finished Products

    Completed orders will be shipped by the company to your specified address via a courier or postal service. We deliver finished products to regions of Ukraine via the following carriers:

• Nova Poshta – fast delivery, cash-on-delivery available;
• Ukrposhta – affordable rates, coverage in remote areas;
• SAT – suitable for large-size or palletized cargo;
• Other transport companies – upon your request.

    If you have specific requirements for packaging or transport (e.g., fragile items, custom labeling, etc.), just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
